About the VP Sales role

We're hiring a Vice President of Sales to architect, lead, and scale our revenue organization as we enter our next stage of growth. This is a critical, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the commercial leadership team and working closely with our Founders, Chris, Wlad, Alex, and Jan.

You'll own go-to-market strategy and execution, build and lead the sales team, and play a pivotal role in shaping our processes, culture, and customer success.

We're looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and has successfully led and scaled sales teams in early-stage startups.

Your impact and tasks

Lead and scale our sales organization, hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Define and execute our go-to-market strategy, sales processes, pricing, and territory plans
Own revenue forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for transparency and predictability
Collaborate directly with founders to refine sales strategy and product-market fit
Work with marketing to develop demand generation strategies and targeted campaigns
Partner with product teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap priorities
Personally engage in strategic enterprise deals as needed to drive key wins
Help establish scalable playbooks, tooling, and metrics for the sales organization
